Holistic Health Central (HHC), led by Clinical Nutritionist and Hypnotherapist Kylie Karagich, is redefining the holistic health experience within a modern, calming, and welcoming shared space.

Upon entering HHC’s sleek warehouse-style exterior, clients are met with a warm foyer and staircase leading to a light-filled reception area decorated in calming tones of jade, warm whites, and greens, accompanied by soft music and lush indoor plants, setting a soothing atmosphere.

The reception area features a stylish desk, cosy seating, and amenities such as an herbal tea station, filtered water, and lavatory facilities to ensure comfort. Four consultation rooms, each designed to provide a personalised and safe space, offer clients a tranquil setting for one-on-one sessions. Downstairs, two additional consultation rooms and a large workshop area accommodate educational classes and wellness workshops.

In addition to Kylie’s practice, HHC is home to a range of like-minded wellness practitioners who share this space, creating a hub of complementary health services. Practitioners include:

• Cheryl from Chat it Out Counselling & Wellness – offering Mental Health counselling, Reiki, and a variety of wellness support services.

• Debra from Sacred Oracle Healing Therapies – specialising in aromatherapy, energy work, spiritual guidance, card reading, Aura Chakra Healing, Spiritual Medium Consultation, and therapeutic support.

• Belinda from Tranquil Minds SA Psychotherapist/ Counsellor/ Couples Therapy and Supervisor will be adding an additional layer of expertise in mental health and emotional well-being.
